How this position will Make the Difference to City of Melbourne


The Arts Investment Business Support/Administrative Officer provides high quality business and administrative support, contributing to the smooth delivery of the annual, Aboriginal arts projects, art residencies, quick response and arts and creative investment partnership programs and operations of the Creative City Branch as required.

The position undertakes database management, ticketing and invitations obligations and website maintenance as well as support for our exhibition program.

  • Ability to contribute to systems and processes development to drive efficiency across administrative functions within a continuous improvement environment.
