Our team in the Logan region are on the lookout for a permanent,
Full Time Deputy Clerical in Charge to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients.

There is currently a vacancy within the Clerical Team for an experienced Radiology Receptionist to take the next step in their career and join the team as the Deputy Clerical Supervisor.


This is a Full-Time position working 38 hours per week, across Monday to Friday (8a - 5p) and occasional Saturdays (830a-1230p) with penalty loadings applied.


This person will need to have previous medical imaging experience and previous experience of managing a small team management experience of a small team.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

  • Training, Mentoring & Development of staff.
  • Manage all aspects of the practice administration.
  • Customer service and care
  • Establishing and maintaining referrer relationships
  • Overseeing the site call centre ensuring phone call rate KPIs are met
  • The management of online bookings and use of the Medicalis system
  • Make exam bookings
  • General Clerical Duties
  • Patient record management
  • Medicare billing and banking
