The Role:

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Seeking a hospitality professional with previous leadership experience in a similar role
  • Previous food handling experience in a QSR environment is preferred, not essential
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with a "lead from the front" attitude
  • Strong communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers effectively
  • Previous experience managing budgets and financials, including wastage and labour reports
