Digital Priorities Manager - Digital Customer Experience (DCX)

  • Temporary opportunity for 12 months with possible conversion to ongoing

The role
Develop and manage the strategy and approach for delivering digital priorities for NSW courts and tribunals.

The role leads a team managing governance, assurance, investment and planning for these digital priorities to help the courts and tribunals to make informed and strategic decisions.


Office attendance up to 3 days per week is required in the Parramatta location and on occasion other locations as directed.


What you'll do
With a wide range of responsibilities, each day will be different depending on business needs and priorities.

  • You will provide expert advice and guidance on digital initiatives, recommending where to focus efforts and investments
  • Manage budgets, forecasting and budget preparations, developing proposals, sourcing investments and submitting funding requests
  • Develop and oversee a portfolio of projects, identifying dependencies and optimising resource use to achieve organisational goals efficiently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and issue resolution to ensure their engagement throughout projects.

What we're looking for

  • Comprehensive experience in leading strategic business transformation work including in digital transformation and investment
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating successful investment by NSW Treasury and other funding sources
  • Comprehensive experience with managing and engaging with executive stakeholders across the lifecycle of complex or large scale projects
  • Confidence and ability working with ambiguity and unexpected changes in direction
  • Demonstrated experience achieving multiple project objectives with limited resources, tight deadlines, project interdependencies and competing demands and priorities.

Essential requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
