About the Role Reporting to the
Team Leader:
Academic Services, you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of administrative activities associated with the delivery of Uni SA STEM's programs and research activities.

Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment Written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service Experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction Demonstrated experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs Open to Australian Aboriginal Peoples and Uni SA employees only Full-time, fixed term contract until 25 January 2025 based in Uni SA STEM at the Mawson Lakes campusCommencement Salary:
