This national professional services organisation that is seeking an experienced Business Administrator who has a passion for process improvement and reporting.

Within this role you will work closely with multiple stakeholders including the sales and operational delivery teams to generate reporting, analyse data, and leverage technology to streamline business processes.


Position Description
Reporting directly into the Director, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Support the implementation of client projects with systems, reporting and business process expertise as required.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to optimise processes and improve business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to implement technologydriven solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise workflows to align with industry best practice.
  • Work closely with the client services/sales and operational teams to understand internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Utilise PowerBI and other reporting tools/systems to develop customized reporting and data dashboards that meet the needs of clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal and external reporting.
  • Gather and analyse data to provide valuable insights that drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports.
  • Work closely with the client services/sales and operational teams to understand internal and external reporting requirements.
