iVisaPoint Migration Services is a boutique immigration firm operating since 2009 that specialises in all types of Australian visas, Indian consular services, and other global visa services.

We focus on providing a professional yet familial approach to assisting in immigration matters and have been built upon exemplary customer service.


Job summary
You will be responsible for handling clerical, administrative and legal functions to actively support our Immigration Practice.

Job tasks

Your tasks and duties will generally include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of client management, file handling and other secretarial and executive support services.
  • Attending the reception desk, answering calls, and maintaining client records and journals.
  • Coordinating and managing client requests and following up on enquiries.
  • Corresponding with external agencies and departments for client matters.
  • Contributing to the growth of the business through constructive feedback or through assistance in sales and marketing.

Skills and abilities

  • Understanding and interpretation of immigration law.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Effective time management, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Competent filing, photocopying, typing and word processing skills.
  • Ability to maintain positive client relationships and always ensure client confidentiality is maintained.
  • Selfmotivation to stay focused and consistently produce quality work
  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle customers of all different nationalities and backgrounds.
  • Excellent English language skills with a preference for those who are multilingual and can speak Punjabi or Hindi.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Law, business, or other relevant degree or qualification. Current students in the field are also accepted.
  • Preferably 1+ year of experience in immigration law.
  • IELTS 7 Each OR PTE 65 Each for International Applicants.

Workdays and hours

  • Monday: 10am to 6pm
  • Tuesday: 10am to 6pm
  • Wednesday: 10am to 6pm
As your skills and experience grow, your tasks and duties will increase accordingly, alongside your remuneration. This will be reviewed at the end of Financial Year for each year of employment.
