Your mission


As Business Manager, you will act as
Co-Pilot to the
Head of amaysim across a range of initiatives from the coordination of strategic programs through to the preparation of key pieces of communication.

You will also act as a representative of the SLT at key meetings and in chairing key initiatives.

What does your success look and sound like?

  • Strong strategic and critical thinking;
  • Exceptional relationship building and diverse customer management expertise;
  • Super slick written communication skills both long form and presentations;
  • Topflight analysis and financial modelling SME with proven ability to interpret management reports and provide insights;
  • Detailed understanding of commercial concepts and processes;
  • Default ability to read the room and cater your language and style to suit your audience;
  • Strong Ex-Co / SLT presence and confidence in dealing with senior leaders across the organisation; &
  • Able to demonstrate experience in solving complex business issues.

What are your Rockstar ingredients?


You will have gained significant experience in a leadership, strategy or similar role to date, with tertiary qualifications in a Commercial / Business field with post graduate studies advantageous (e.g., MBA).

If you have performed this type of work in a Telco environment, this would be most excellent

Additionally, your background has featured a combo of Management Consulting and/or high profile in-house strategy experience.

You will be passionate, client centric with an agile mindset, and able to tackle project management and delivery with gusto.

All of this would be underpinned by your strong commercial acumen and experience in solving complex business problems.


Whilst Telco experience is excellent, we will look any anyone with strong strategic and commercial horsepower from many industries, so long as they are keen to learn and bring their A-game.
