This role supports the central transformation office (Spring) and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to drive and facilitate organisational change.


Responsibilities

Develop Training Programs:

  • Identify training needs and requirements based on Spring Office objectives, including capital and project management and processes.
  • Create engaging and effective training programs that address different learning styles and levels of expertise.
  • Develop strategies to ensure the transfer of knowledge from training programs to the workplace.

Implement Change Management Strategies:

  • Develop change management plans to support the successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems.
  • Assess the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders, and develop strategies to mitigate resistance and promote acceptance.
  • Create communication plans to ensure timely and consistent messaging about the transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities across the organisation.

Deliver Training and Facilitate Change:

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, both inperson and virtually.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees during the transition period, addressing questions, concerns, and resistance.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organisation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units.
  • Track and communicate progress, challenges, and successes to Spring Office stakeholders.

Knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, organisational psychology, or human resources.
  • Proven experience in training and change management roles, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both inperson and virtually.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using training software, learning management systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and analytical skills, with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
  • A passion for training, change management, and driving
  • Excellent communication skills and an independent thinker.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic work environment
