**Job Summary**:
We have an exciting opening for a Change and Training Manager, to cover a 12-month Parental leave vacancy, with a strong chance of extension. Working as part of a broader Change team, this role will support a mix of companywide change initiatives to assure a smooth change implementation process is managed.
The role is varied and would work across change and training initiatives impacting many different stakeholder groups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with Change Managers to provide project planning for change and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop training strategy aligned with the CSR's transformation objectives.
- Identify potential challenges and risks associated with specific projects and adapt a change/ training plan that suits relevant departments.
- Work within clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics, when running each project.
- Develop close partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, who will be impacted by a change process.
- Develop tailored training plans to gain buy-in and support from employees, managers, and leadership.
- Conduct regular communication and feedback sessions to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with the transformation vision.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years' experience working as a Change or Training Manager, with strong training experience.
- Experience working across a project environment (FMCG or Manufacturing is a bonus)
- Strong experience facilitating workshops to support change initiatives.
- Previous experience in rolling out e-learning tool and working across a mix of LMS systems.
- Experience in facilitating a mix of workshops with varying stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire employees at all levels of the business.
- Cert 4 in training is highly regarded.
- Travel may be required across various CSR sites.
- Advance PowerPoint Skills is essential.
