How will I help?

This role reports to the Head of Finance, WIB Performance Management and Optimisation. It requires a self-driven leader with a proven track record in managing and influencing complex senior stakeholder relationships.

The role will be accountable for planning and driving the execution of the WIB Finance Change strategy, managing the change pipeline and engaging with key stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Build strong working relationships with the Head of WIB Performance Management and Optimisation, Head of Finance CIB & GTS, Head of Finance FM,WIB LOB teams, Finance Transformation and Technology. Provide guidance and be the key WIB Finance contact for change initiatives with a focus on benefits for WIB Finance.
  • Through effective working relationships, collaborate with teams across WIB Finance, Group Transformation and Technology, managing the change pipeline and engaging with key stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Complete the weekly WIB Front Door of Change Rapid Impact Assessments.
  • Lead the identification and prioritisation of continuous improvement initiatives and prioritise with WIB Finance Technology resources.
  • Monitoring of WIB Finance Continuous Improvement budget with WIB Technology, including managing the WIB LT approval process.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations on any short and/or medium term adjustments required to optimise WIB Finance's strategic performance.
  • Manage the progression of change deliverables and ensure they are aligned with the defined objectives and are delivered within the set timeframe.

What do I need?

  • 10+ years work experience in financial industry
  • Background in project delivery, operational performance or business transformation
  • Strong execution background with a project management framework.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
