About The Client:
This business is at the forefront of embracing technology to revolutionize the way they work. Seeking a talented and motivated Change Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives within the organisation.

As a Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the transition to new ways of working, harnessing technology to enhance operations and elevate the employee experience.


Primary Purpose of the Role:

As Change Manager, you will be entrusted with developing and executing change initiatives that propel this business into the future.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless transition from current practices to innovative methods, all while nurturing a positive workplace culture.

You'll collaborate closely with our Director of Technology & Systems Transformation and Director of People & Culture to craft strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and successful outcomes.


What You'll Do:

Craft the Path Forward: Develop a comprehensive change management strategy that guides the journey toward new ways of working, in alignment with technology advancements and cultural transformation.

Engage and Communicate: Collaborate with the leadership team to design compelling communication and engagement plans that ensure all stakeholders are informed, excited, and prepared for the change ahead.

Bridge Divisions: Act as the bridge between various divisions, maintaining alignment between programs and overseeing successful execution at each phase of the change journey.

Plan and Monitor: Create detailed Change Management Plans that map out schedules, resources, risk mitigation strategies, and progress tracking mechanisms.

Empower through Innovation: Deliver interactive and innovative change strategies that empower staff and business units to embrace change with readiness and enthusiasm

Coach for Success: Provide guidance and coaching to change leads and teams, ensuring consistent delivery and prioritizing people's well-being.

Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of shared success and cohesive strategies for change integration.

Champion Challenges: Overcome the complexities of managing stakeholders' diverse needs, staying ahead of industry shifts, and ensuring timely execution of technological implementations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading successful change management initiatives, ideally within a technologydriven context.
  • Proven Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, enabling you to create and execute comprehensive change plans.
  • A track record of thriving in fastpaced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, dedicated to creating an inclusive and empowering workplace culture.
  • Passion for embracing and navigating technological shifts in the workplace.
