About the opportunity


We are currently searching for an experienced Fleet Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for the Fleet Manager to ensure that fleet operations and communications are maintained accurately and in a timely manner across all Bolton Clarke sites and services.


  • Following up driver incidents including Riskman Data follow up, insurance claim completion, coordinating repairs with repairers, working with relevant site managers and drivers to ensure timely action to repair vehicles.
  • End of month consolidated invoice reconciliation and preparation for approvals this may involve follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Data entry support entering data into the fleet management system, preparation, and coding of associated invoices.
  • Preparation of monthly reporting of fleet activities specific to infringements and collisions, maintenance costs and vehicle disposals and acquisitions
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

About You:

You will be able prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment and have the ability to work autonomously.

Your proven communication skills across multiple levels of the organisation and your customer service will see you thrive in this role.

Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel and previous experience in a similar administrator role (not necessarily fleet related) will be highly beneficial.
