Your Opportunity:

***Ongoing growth opportunity in an experienced development team

  • Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work with the broader redevelopment and engineering teams on developing, maintaining, and implementing the strategic asset management framework. Via data control, manipulation and data analysis platforms, you will assist in key decisionmaking through updating, validating, and accurate data entry into the Asset Management software platform, PULSE. _

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Validating, updating, and reviewing existing data entry on the organisation's asset management database (Pulse) and data entering new assets into the database.
  • Using data analytics tools and software, drive and inform key decisionmaking such as asset lifecycle forecasts.
  • Developing userfriendly solutions to process the adding and disposal of assets to the Database and updating the Asset Management Policy
  • Identifying and developing risk management treatment plan for risks associated with asset management.
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards, and taking the initiative to pursue opportunities for quality improvements.

Your Background and Attributes:

  • The team is seeking someone energetic, keen, and wanting to learn It offers the opportunity to work with the projects and redevelopment team and sit with the engineering department to develop your technical knowledge and learn from experienced, nurturing mentors. Your excellent analytical mindset and willingness to learn the technical aspects of the role will be invaluable_
  • Strategic lifecycle management experience for asset management will be highly regarded, as will experience with Asset Management databases.
  • A great analytical mindset, with strong skills in Excel, and data analytics packages such as PowerBI or demonstrated knowledge of coding languages, will be necessary to thrive.
  • The commitment to take reasonable care of your and others' health and safety in the workplace by working to legislative requirements and OHS policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, between departments, external consultants and the general public.
  • A team player who is outgoing and easy to get along with
