Your role

Their mission is to ensure safe, decent, and affordable housing for vulnerable individuals, promoting dignity, support, and sustainable futures.


As the HOMES Project Officer, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a range of projects in line with established objectives.


What you'll do

  • Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans

What we're looking for

  • Experience in coordinating and supporting all aspects of project planning, development and implementation across a range of projects
  • Familiarity with Social Housing service delivery and experience working with a wide range if clients from different backgrounds.
  • The ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • The capability to manage tight deadlines and competing demands and priorities.
