Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration/Personal Assistant to Recruitment Consultants
  • Taking direction and prioritising work for Recruitment Consultants
  • Organising online inductions/following up on the completion of inductions.

Essential:

  • Must be residential to Perth
  • Must have Administration experience in a similar role with high attention to detail and great communication skills
  • Must enjoy a fast paced evolving environment
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office software
  • Must be proactive and flexible
