**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Administration/Personal Assistant to Recruitment Consultants
- Taking direction and prioritising work for Recruitment Consultants
- Organising online inductions/following up on the completion of inductions.

**Essential**:

- Must be residential to Perth
- Must have Administration experience in a similar role with high attention to detail and great communication skills
- Must enjoy a fast paced evolving environment
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office software
- Must be proactive and flexible
