An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated Accounts Receivable Manager to join their exceptional team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing support, coaching, and performance management for a small team
  • Supervising and maintaining a ledger of high-profile credit accounts
  • Handling and resolving disputes with internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Taking proactive actions on customer accounts as needed
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports on outstanding debtor accounts
  • Assisting in the year-end audit preparation process
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks to support the Finance and Management teams whenever necessary

To qualify for this position, you should have extensive experience in a similar role as an Accounts Receivable Manager, preferably within a well-established organization (industry background is flexible). Additionally, you must possess outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for mentoring and guiding a collaborative team.
