One of our clients is a leading real estate investment organisation that are going through a very exciting period of growth.

They are after an Accounts Receivable Manager that will be responsbile for the accounts receivable function, where you will have opportunity to lead and mentor.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Hotel Finance responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing new processes, policies, and systems,
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders,
  • Providing monthly reports on the accounts receivable position, including Aging, DSO, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and detail of all accounts receivable information
  • Leading and managing monthly credit meetings
  • Enforce and ensure adherence to legal guidelines, compliance protocols and inhouse policies

Desired Skills & Experience
years of experience in a comparable role, hotel industry essential

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • The capability to engage professionally and exhibit a strong focus on detail.
  • Indepth comprehension of bookkeeping and accounting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Selfmotivated with a drive to succeed while functioning as a part of a highperforming team.
  • Proven initiative, problemsolving skills, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
