About your new role
You'll collaborate with business leaders and employees to provide professional and contemporary generalist advice, support and assistance on a broad range of Human Resource (HR) matters, as part of an integrated service model.
You're part of a state wide advisory team of 10 and you'll work across a designated portfolio but be prepared to help other HR teams when required.
You'll outwork end to end case management through Service Now and provide professional advice, recommendations, solutions and assist leaders to resolve HR issues.

The remuneration for your new role is from $88k - $127k per annum (9-day fortnight) plus 12.75% superannuation and from $101k - $144k per annum (10-day fortnight) plus 12.75% superannuation.
About you
You hold a Degree in Human Resources or Business and experience providing professional advice and support to business leaders regarding simple department and team level organisational effectiveness, organisational design and restructuring requirements within assigned portfolio, including position description development and end-to-end position life processes.
