Branch Manager

Description

The Tamworth Branch, situated in Northwestern NSW, forms part of the Hunter New England region along with Newcastle and Muswellbrook. The Branch Manager in Tamworth oversees operations supporting various markets such as Powergen, On-Highway, Off Highway, Agriculture, and the Gunnedah Mining region catering to large mining clients and OEMs.

In this role, you will have a significant impact through:

  • Leading, motivating, developing, and engaging a team of technicians and office staff.
  • Upholding Cummins' leadership behaviors, mission, vision, and values.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a safety-focused culture.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers and OEM partners.
  • Creating and executing business growth strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Managing sales, profitability, expenses, WIP, and service KPIs aligned with regional AOP.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on Health and Safety and talent management in a related industry.
  • Profound understanding of the on-highway truck market, with mining experience being highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to establish valuable customer relationships.
  • Skill in balancing the needs of employees, customers, shareholders, and communities.
