How will I help?

We're all about 'people helping people' – and our Lending Managers are in the front line of that ambition. You'll help families and individuals across Australia start something new – whether it's their first home, upsizing for a growing family, or investing for their future. You'll coach, guide and help our customers achieving their dreams by making things clear and simple, steering them towards the right products and services to save them time and hassle.

What's in it for me?

Support, training and a solid career path. Our culture – one of inclusion, integrity, compassion and good humour – is what makes us 'us'. So, if that sounds like you, we should talk. You'll be tasked with real responsibility to make decisions and use our innovative tools and platforms to stay at the cutting edge. All backed by a strong team of switched-on, supportive individuals.

What do I need?

Experience with home lending is essential. You will be across the end-to-end home lending process and have a real passion for people. If you pride yourself in always doing the right thing and putting your customers first, we're eager to talk with you. If you've got drive, ambition and love a challenge, we should talk.
