_About the role:
_
Working alongside a dedicated, small team, your role will include the following:

  • Completing all transport compliance activities related to NHVR, WAHVA, AgSafe, TruckSafe and HACCP;
  • Processing records and extensive data entry for prestarts, job cards and work diaries;
  • Compiling new employee paperwork;
  • Ensuring site licences, registrars, databases and accreditations are up to date;
  • Updating internal policies and procedures in line with legislative changes;
  • Training of new and existing staff on policies and procedures; and
  • General administrative tasks including filing, scanning, dataentry and document editing.


Your role will be varied and provide opportunity to expand into surrounding areas including national standards, internal/ external compliance and audits and dangerous goods.
