Description:
About the Role:
On a daily basis this person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Manage Accounts Receivable function.
Manage Accounts Payable function.
Manage Payroll.
Assist purchasing/procurement team with supplier management.
Assist warehouse/stores team with inventory management.
Answer the telephone in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
Ensure office documents are filed and saved in Sharepoint accordingly
Assist with maintaining and updating registers & reports (Including TimePro, JESI & SPR Reports)
Assist with creating Purchase Requisitions as required
Assist with rosters, flight and accommodation bookings as required
General administrative tasks as required to ensure effective day to day operation
Skills and Experiences:
About You:
Minimum 12 months experience in an administration/ finance administration position in an Oil and Gas Service provider is preferred but not essential
Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office/Outlook.
Experience with inventory and purchasing administration
Experience with Financial Software, ideally Pronto.
Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Ability to work without constant supervision.
Works cooperatively in a team, values other opinions and accepts constructive criticism.
Results orientated with a commercial and financial focus towards all activities and commitments, whilst striving to always be improving systems and processes.
Will be proactive in taking the necessary steps to achieve set goals or targets.Ability to respect the confidentiality of sensitive information relating to yourself or others.
