I am working with a QLD Government organisation, based in Brisbane, to find an Information Support Officer.

Joining a team of 5 others, you'll be required to conduct risk assessments that ensure online safety and privacy of various websites. These assessments will be completed according to a national framework.

On a day-to-day basis, be required to:

  • prepare outcome reports of risk assessments that have been conducted
  • monitor inboxes and contribute to the completion of support requests
  • maintain accurate records of actions completed using ServiceNow

In order to have your application considered, the below would be an advantage:

  • Being tech savvy and have an understanding of various technologies and terms (eg: data centres, encryption, cloud technologies)
  • Have experience with conducting online risk assessments
  • Have experience with privacy
  • Effective communication skills - you'll be required to deal with vendors and third parties
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Being able to commence on 1 July is essential
