Working closely with the Chief Sales Officer you will take ownership of managing a committed team for fueling our go-to-market efforts and being responsible for driving sales growth, the overall partner relationship, strategic business planning and landing execution across all key priorities.

Responsibilities The Head of Partner Success Unit (PSU)

APJ primary responsibilities are to oversee daily business operations and business development, including:
Partners' and Customers success across the regionthe implementation of the global strategy designed to grow the business in the implement strategic initiatives to onboard, enable, and support partners throughout their executing the channel partner strategy for the execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets and expand market share within the hitting/exceeding budgeted regional EBITDAsales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

regional PSU teams:

sales, presales, support, and regional collaboration with partners onboarding and enablement initiatives by committing with PSU APJ other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for PSU , and motivate the team to maximize their potential and staff and playing a key role in attracting and retaining talent.
