Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant to the Principal Owner, specialist doctor, providing comprehensive support in daytoday activities, scheduling, and coordination.
- Practice management, including organising GP educational events, managing accounts (bills, employee and doctor pays), preparing weekly reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the development of health awareness and prevention programs.
- Maintain professional relationships with clinical staff, medical doctors, and other stakeholders.
- Efficiently purchase stock and supplies to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery by providing patients with outstanding care, support, and service, tailoring treatment coordination to meet individual needs, and delivering clear and timely information.
- Make timely decisions to resolve or escalate problems that arise in the daytoday management of the business, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.
- Implement business objectives, policies, and procedures to the clinic team, and provide leadership, direction, resources, and development opportunities to reporting staff.
- Foster a supportive and engaged culture within the clinic, promote workplace health and safety, and ensure compliance with relevant protocols and procedures.
- Monitor, manage, and report on the performance of reporting staff, providing feedback, clarification of performance expectations, and authorising leave requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate.
- Competency in leadership, development, and mentoring of others.
