Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistant to the Principal Owner, specialist doctor, providing comprehensive support in daytoday activities, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Practice management, including organising GP educational events, managing accounts (bills, employee and doctor pays), preparing weekly reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the development of health awareness and prevention programs.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clinical staff, medical doctors, and other stakeholders.
  • Efficiently purchase stock and supplies to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery by providing patients with outstanding care, support, and service, tailoring treatment coordination to meet individual needs, and delivering clear and timely information.
  • Make timely decisions to resolve or escalate problems that arise in the daytoday management of the business, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Implement business objectives, policies, and procedures to the clinic team, and provide leadership, direction, resources, and development opportunities to reporting staff.
  • Foster a supportive and engaged culture within the clinic, promote workplace health and safety, and ensure compliance with relevant protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on the performance of reporting staff, providing feedback, clarification of performance expectations, and authorising leave requests.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate.
  • Competency in leadership, development, and mentoring of others.
