The Opportunity:

An Account Executive in the Greenhouse Collective's Account Management team is responsible for the coordination of integrated advertising projects and support across administrative tasks.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's business at an operational level
  • Actively monitors the competition and keeps the team informed on market trends and new competitor activity
  • Coordinates project resource, ensuring key departments and stakeholders are aware of project scope, timings and budget (work with Workflow and Producer roles)

  • Develops a strong, trusted and respectful relationship with the Client'(s) external agency partners

Skills & Attributes:

  • Work experience as an under-graduate, or experience working as Intern or Account Executive level in an Advertising, PR, Marketing, Communications or similar environment
  • Worked in a multi disciplinary team environment
  • Proven experience working on advertising campaigns and comms projects
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Google Suite
