HR Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, engaged People and Support Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting into the People and Support Lead you will be responsible for;

• Processing a range of administrative tasks from all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and performance.
• Producing a range of accurate and timely employee documentation including letters.
• Data entry and generating reports and analysis on workforce trends and issues.
• Providing information and advice on employment related legislation
• Contributing to projects and activities such as performance and salary reviews.
• System administration for new HRIS
• Support return to work coordinator when required and support end to end management of wage assessments relating to workers compensation.
• Provide information and advice on employment related legislation, Afford policies, procedures.

About you:

In addition to your passion for people we see you having;

• Diploma in Human Resources of related Tertiary qualification.
• Recent experience in a HR Admin or Support role generating a range of documents and reports.
• Recent experience with providing advice on employee policy, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• A strong commitment to customer service and ability to work collaboratively with different functions in head office.
• Strong personal commitment to working in a for purpose organisation.
• Be able to provide update Covid vaccination certificate or medical exemption.
