As the Manager, Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and communicating the data and analytics processes required to achieve the overall digital and customer contact strategies across the Qantas Group.
You will leverage Qantas' existing infrastructure to establish the centralised demand forecasting, reporting, insights and recommendations across all the relevant customer segments and channels.
This platform will feed into the commercial strategies for the entire Digital and Customer Experience structure.
As part of this role, you will work closely with Senior Managers and the broader team by taking accountability for whole streams of reporting.
You will independently co-ordinate stakeholders and uphold accuracy and integrity of reporting, spanning a range of customer, commercial and operational functions.
Also, provide advice and counsel for the leadership team and be prepared with recommendations around performance and initiatives.
Additionally, you will lead a team of two analysts in the development, planning, and investigation of where business performance can be improved.
- Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, Technology, Commerce, Business or a related discipline
- 5+ years of leadership experience in large, complex matrix organisation
- Experience in leading the delivery of large scale data and analytics programs across multiple business units, comprising significant investment and associated risk
- Experience in driving results in a fastpaced and continually changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries
- Demonstrated ability to prepare insights and recommendations with required integrity to support critical business decisions
- Strategy development and execution
- Strong commercial acumen
- Senior stakeholder management skills with ability to influence/negotiate positive outcomes
- Advanced decisionmaking skills with the ability to appropriately delegate
