Your Role and Impact:

Resource Coordination:Efficiently manage and coordinate the allocation of Project Engineers to projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization and supporting project delivery through close collaboration with project engineering teams, PMO, and Presales.

Optimization and Tracking:Play a vital role in optimizing engineering resource allocation and maintaining allocation and utilization tracking as the project portfolio grows, ensuring projects meet customer expectations, are delivered on time, and within budget.

Project Portfolio Management:

  • Supporting successful allocation of engineering resources to projects
  • Tracking and reporting on engineering resource utilization
  • Ensuring strong coordination and communication throughout resource allocation processes.
