About the role
As our
Marketing and Communications Assistant, you'll be a vital part of a supportive, creative and high-performing team.

This role supports and coordinates marketing and communication activities across digital and traditional channels to build the Mamre brand and promote our services and programs.

This is a
Full-time, 5-month maternity leave cover contract with the possibility of extension. Looking for an immediate start, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, Windsor location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting marketing strategies through the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and always on communications activities
  • Assisting with the writing, design, optimisation and scheduling of engaging content to promote our services, programs and projects
  • Assisting with creating content and managing engagement for social media channels
  • Supporting the maintenance of our websites and monitoring Mamre's online presence
  • Assisting with planning, organising and coordinating events
  • Contributing to reporting and data analysis
  • Providing support in managing internal marketing requests

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related area, or a combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and selfmotivated, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Willing and able to work occasionally outside work hours to support events
  • Current Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Card or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (Mamre will assist during onboarding)
  • Proof of COVID19 Vaccination

_ Skills and experience in the following are highly desirable: _

  • Experience in a marketing and communications role
  • Ability to create highquality content for social media, websites and eDMs
  • Experience using Drupal, MailChimp, online search and social media advertising, and graphic design software (Eg. Canva)
