ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Fixed Term role until 30 July 202
  • Average 32 Hours per week, working across a roster including weekends (and early starts)
- $36.86 per hour

Public Amenities team members ensure our communities are presented in the best possible light for locals and visitors alike. As a team member, you will ensure council facilities are maintained to a high standard.

These facilities include but not be limited to:

  • BBQ and park facilities
  • Public Amenities
  • Communal spaces across the Council's assets
This role is a part time fixed term until 30 July 2023.

The role requires working across weekends and weekdays, with a 7 day roster in effect with 5 days on, 2 days off.

The current roster has an early start with an average of 6.4 hours per day.

This role is remunerated as Band 1A + Special Engagement Allowance with a starting salary of $61,351 per annum based on 32 hours per week.


ABOUT YOU

Whilst cleaning experience is preferred, you will be a natural fit that enjoys working with others and above all takes pride in your work.

You will be proactive in ensuring that your work is completed to a high standard.

Whilst public interactions are mínimal, you will have a courteous manner and look to provide a positive experience for all that you do meet.

You will be prepared to work from either depot location - Foster and Leongatha as the requirements of the roster and work dictate.

A current manual drivers licence is mandatory.
