A privately Australian owned Consultancy is growing their team and is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Clinical Data Management team. This bespoke business provides a complete clinical data management service with clients including hospitals, pharma, biotech and medical professionals from around the globe

Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities mentioned:

  1. Leadership
    • Serve as a representative and leader of the Biometrics team, showcasing expertise in the field.
    • Establish and maintain key relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. This involves effective communication and collaboration to ensure a cohesive working environment.
  2. Project Management
    • Manage biometrics activities for multiple trials concurrently.
    • Oversee the entire life cycle of biometrics activities, from the commencement of a study to its completion.
    • Ensure that studies are delivered on time, meeting deadlines set for each phase of the trials.
    • Manage financial aspects, ensuring that projects are within budget constraints.
  3. Therapeutic Areas:
    • Handle trials across various therapeutic areas, indicating a broad understanding of different medical fields.
    • Demonstrate adaptability to work on studies with diverse requirements and challenges.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain high standards of quality in all biometrics activities, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  5. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate clear and effective communication within the Biometrics team and with external stakeholders.
    • Foster collaboration with other teams involved in clinical trials, such as Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Regulatory Affairs.
  6. Problem-Solving:
    • Identify and address challenges that may arise during the course of trials, providing effective solutions.

Overall, this role requires a blend of leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of biometrics processes within the context of clinical trials. The individual in this position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of multiple trials while maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders
