In this role you will:

Apply technical knowledge to proactively analyse customer Azure environments, identify areas for improvement (performance monitoring, capacity management, event and security monitoring) and make recommendations to enhance Azure operations.

Contribute to develop and establish the Microsoft Services practices on Microsoft Cloud Services (focusing on Azure but will extend to other cloud products like M365 and D365)Assist in developing junior team members on delivering Azure related Managed Services Work with peers, presales and sales to identify opportunities for Data#3 to offer additional value to customers.

Assess and evaluate risk and understand the implications of new technologies.

This role is required to perform "on call" work and be part of the "on call" roster for Managed Services Engineering Team.

About You You will have proven support experience in complex environments with a focus on Microsoft Cloud technologies Azure and Microsoft 365 with expertise in: Paa S and Saa SWindows and Linux Virtual machines ARM Template / JSON scripting experience/ Bi Cep Strong Powershell / automation experience Performance tuning & monitoring Additionally, you will have: Relevant industry recognised certifications highly desirable, eg.

AZ-400, AZ-305, Hold a Current Australian Department of Defence baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
