About the Role:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Domestic and Family Violence Case Manager to join our team.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for working with women, children, and young people who have experienced domestic and family violence.

You will identify and assess risk and needs, deliver coordinated case management services, support clients in obtaining safe and sustainable housing, and advocate for and empower women to access the services they need.

Additionally, you will participate in the delivery and evaluation of activities, groups, and programs responsive to the needs of women and children.
