With beautiful offices and sweeping views across Melbourne's skyline, you'll be close to major transport links, the best lunch spots and in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

They offer a hybrid working week, 2-3 days in the office (depending on team) and work life balance.

The Role


This is a senior Executive Assistant role predominately supporting a senior leader + a little overflow to several direct reports.

This is an initial 12 month maternity cover, however has the opportunity to extend into a different area, as this business is rapidly expanding and is highly likely to have future opportunities.


The role suits an EA who is keen to provide dedicated, high-touch administrative support to a business leader, who enjoys staying one step ahead.


Duties include:

  • Stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Complex diary & schedule management
  • Project support, systems & processes coordination
  • Extensive travel management
  • Relationship management
  • Managing highly confidential information
  • Formatting and drafting correspondence
  • Board paper preparation

About You

  • Solid experience supporting senior leaders within a financial &/or professional services environment (C-Suite preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist
  • Flexibility in your approach
  • Board and/or committee experience in a previous role (ideally)

As this role is a 12 month fixed term contract, you are able to take advantage of 20 days annual leave + an additional 3 days over Christmas.
