The production team sits within the Brand team and works closely with Creative, Brand Communications and Product. We are the do-ers We bring concepts and visions to life on a regular basis. Call us the dream catchers. We are people-people, we love deadlines, working cross functionally and liaising with vendors to amplify and execute our vision. We dive in head first and get things done, on time, on budget and in the pristine lululemon way.

A day in the life:

The Brand Operations Coordinator is an efficient go getter. They are fiercely determined to get their desired outcome. They are relied on for their organization, communication, multi-tasking abilities, prompt action and collaboration.

This role owns all aspects of creative production, from our stores across AU and NZ, our SSC and all shoots and campaigns.


  • You identify opportunities for efficiencies in the weeklies and product processes and how deliverables meet the brand, product and sample objectives across men's and women's in ANZ
  • Responsible for the creative production process. Consider efficiently managing incoming requests, sourcing quotes, scheduling, printing, logistics and delivery of assets (on time)
  • Responsible for working with our global product team for potential leverages on weekly shoots and outfitting
  • Set up production and creative teams for shoots by organizing product samples and assets needed for storytelling
  • You receive, log and organize all samples, inclusive of all shipments out and inbound and troubleshoot as required
  • You are responsible for ensuring the sample room is organized and maintained at all times
  • You coordinate ad hoc Merch sample requests
  • You work with the Product and Brand team to schedule concepts for upcoming shoots in line with weeklies process and timeline
  • You manage creative requests and assist the creative workflow by triaging in Asana
  • Attend weekly shoots to lead time management, talent and ad hoc product assistance
  • You manage Brand Creative Youlu and Hub updates
  • Support the talent identification and fit process and enter potential talent into our casting database and assist with casting projects
  • Manage NSO requests, scheduling, printing and install
  • Manage retail RBE requests
  • You provide administrative support to the production team to ensure processes are working smoothly and by whens are met
  • You assist in making the talent journey an unforgettable brand experience

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Knowledge of lululemon product is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in lululemon community pillar is preferred
  • Excellent project and communication skills
  • Organised, responsible and open to change
  • Experienced multitasker and loves administration tasks
  • Technologically literate (is able to pick up new systems)
