Your NewRole:

As a leader in our organisation, youwill uphold a culture of excellence customer service and bestpractices. Your ability to inspire and lead our exceptionalclub staff, fostering positive and collaborativerelationships, will be key to your success. We expect you tochampion a customer first mindset and prioritise safety andteamwork. To be considered for this role you will be anexperienced manager with experience in commercial/businessand contract management. AboutYou:

  • Extensive experience in asimilar role
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Strong problem-solvingabilities and the capacity to implement and manage changein a clear, logical manger.
  • Proven track record ofmanaging a multi-disciplinary team and providingleadership.
  • Previous experience workingin the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable.
  • Qualifications in gym andfitness and or Gymnastics are desirable.
