  • We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working collaborative to join the clerical team within the Medical Records Services at Western Health on a causal basis. This role is responsible for assisting with the storage, protection, scanning and uploading of documentation into the Digital Medical Record as required to support patient care at Western Health, ensuring client information is available in a timely and accurate manner. This role will also were required assist in the provision of medical record information to Western Health external clients ensuring continuity of care is provided for all patients.
