We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join a global claims management organisation in a permanent full-time capacity. Lead coach and mentor a team, working closely with the Regional Manager on operational performance. This role is located in Toowoomba, Queensland.

About the role:

  • Be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including meeting financial targets, developing, and managing new business
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team and ensure quality and adherence to company standards
  • Manage a complex caseload of 60 property claims and be a point of escalation
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to set and achieve goals while ensuring compliance with regulations

About you:

  • Experienced in business development in the property
  • Experience as a loss adjuster is highly regarded. Experience in property, building, real estate, or direct insurance is regarded
