This offers a fantastic opportunity for a Melbourne-based Business Development Executive with a solid background in law firm/professional services BD.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who will enjoy the responsibility for BD initiatives in Australia and Asia Pacific contributing to the firm's strategy.


Focusing on Corporate, Finance, and Projects practices along with the Infrastructure sector, you will support the firm's client relationship management program, spot opportunities to expand existing and attract new clients, and drive the generation of revenue.

This multinational firm has a clear sector alignment and related BD strategy.

As the firm and its BD team enter an exciting growth phase, they are actively seeking a versatile BD professional skilled at guiding and advising lawyers and partners in all aspects of business development.


You will closely collaborate with the Business Development Manager on pursuits across the region, back the Brand and Communications Plan for Australia, and cooperate with the APAC Communications Manager to promote sector marketing initiatives.

Enjoy spearheading client growth and acquisition efforts, targeted pursuits, and utilizing the firm campaign strategy when necessary.


While working with a fun, dynamic, high-quality Asia Pacific team and Business Development Manager, you will also mentor and support junior team members.

  • Business Development experience in a professional services firm (preferably law)
  • Proposals, pursuits, account management, and marketing experience
