Are you ready to join the Komatsu team and help empower a sustainable future? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager in our South East Queensland region, where you'll have the chance to lead and manage our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Service Departments.

With a focus on safety, productivity, and customer service, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.


The Opportunity:


As a Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a team dedicated to building partnerships and creating value for society, customers, and other stakeholders.

This is a Monday to Friday role located in Wacol, and it's perfect for someone with leadership and team-building skills, a good understanding of how a service department operates, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and team building abilities
  • Trade background and heavy earthmoving industry experience essential
  • Indepth understanding of service department operations
  • Familiarity with warranty guidelines and processes
  • Financial acumen and drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify revenueenhancing opportunities
  • Experience in aftersales marketing and Service Department management (favorable)
