Requirements of the role

• Experience in leading and managing people in a customer-focused environment.

• Ability to manage competing priorities using effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in collaborating and engaging various stakeholders to influence positive outcomes and embrace change.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a team using good management techniques to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of driver assessments in Southeast QLD (SEQ) and other key objectives set for the Central Business Unit (CBU). This includes effectively managing staff to optimize workforce performance and foster a positive work environment.
  • Plan and oversee the logistical plans and resource model in consultation with all stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of driver assessment outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice in relation to the development of driver assessment and other related policies and processes.
  • Analyse and use data from customers, staff and relevant stakeholders to understand what is working and what needs improvement to deliver better customer experience outcomes.
