This position plays a crucial role in achieving our strategic objectives and offers a dynamic, collaborative, Senior leader with deep technical knowledge of operating railways and project delivery, an opportunity to play your part in the Rail Revolution in Queensland.

Overview of day-to-day responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored communication to different organisational levels of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of upcoming projects and works while considering the complexities of other areas of the business.
- Implementing initiatives and improvements to identified gaps or trends.
- Leading the way in data driven decision making including the identification and delivery of key performance improvement initiatives.
- High level of visibility across the SEQ network and in internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Gaining and maintaining an understanding of how multiple projects will be operationalised, whilst clearly identifying and articulating key risks and remedies.

What you will bring to the role:
- A pragmatic, flexible, dynamic, and collaborative approach.
- Previous experience across multiple disciplines in the rail sector.
- Experience at a Senior Manager level, with a proven track record in delivering outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with all levels of the business.
- Lean six sigma certification (minimum level green belt) is highly desirable.
