We're on the lookout for an Operations Manager to join our Concrete team in South East QLD. This key role, based in Milton, QLD, involves spearheading strategies for our Concrete operations in the SEQ area. Reporting to the General Manager SEQ Concrete, the Operations Manager will focus on enhancing team capabilities, operational performance, product quality, cost management, plant efficiency, and customer satisfaction while ensuring a safe work environment.

This full-time, permanent position covers 28 sites from Gympie to Tweed Heads and requires travel across these locations.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Lead your team with emphasis on safety, compliance, quality, and respect.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to drive a positive work culture across a large team.
  • Develop and execute strategies for optimal plant and equipment operation in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Manage resources effectively to align with demand changes, ensuring cost and productivity remain optimal.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to drive efficiency and standardization.
