Code Camp is Australia's leading specialist school holiday and after-school provider We are looking for fun and energetic casual staff to assist at our creative-tech camps during the Winter school holidays.
Are you:
- Someone who enjoys working with kids (ages 612)?
- Passionate about technology and creativity?
- Trustworthy, independent, punctual and reliable?
- Able to work full days 8am 4pm during the school holiday period?
About the position:
- Work as a team to deliver our lesson plans to a small class of primary aged children.
- Engage with the students in a fun and safe way inside and outside the classroom you will do one supervision duty per day.
- Keep in contact with Head Office if you have any questions or concerns
- Paid staff training provided
- Inner East locations
Required Skills/Certifications:
Whilst we don't require a specific degree or experience, you should have some of the following experience (or similar):
- Passion for creative-tech fields such as Animation, Music, Design, Video editing, Coding or STEM.
- Experience working with young kids
- Mature outlook, common sense and ability to identify and take action to manage risk and ensure active supervision of children inside and outside the classroom
- Fluent conversational English
Valid Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
