Responsibilities:

About the Role

As a Technical Claims Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end claims management including Recoveries and Disputes
  • Recovering outstanding monies from at fault parties
  • Resolving contentious matters in a fair and transparent manner Negotiating with third party insurance companies and third parties
  • Managing your own portfolio of claims Reviewing liability in the event of contention of a claim
  • Liaising with recovery agents
  • Reviewing and preparing documentation

Qualifications:

About you
We're looking for a skilled and collaborative claims proffessional who has:

  • Technical claims management expertise or a skilled claims consultant looking to grow their claims career in a technical direction
  • Previous experience in a Recoveries, Disputes and Technical matters (ideally knowledge from within the industry)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and strong attention to detail
  • The desire to learn and progress within this collaborative and talented team
  • Strong time management and organisational skill
  • Excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client service role
  • Industry Related Qualifications will be ideal, howver are not essential to your success.
