about the client


This leading not for profit organisation who provide essential home care support services are based on the northern end of the Gold Coast and are currently seeking an experienced Administrator / Scheduler to join their team.

This role starting ASAP, will see you working in a close knit environment providing administration, customer service and rostering support for a 2 month period with potential scope for extension based on the needs of the business.


about the role

  • Receive calls in relation to support services and responded to in a timely manner
  • Assist in scheduling and rostering services
  • Update internal systems
  • Ensure effective communication flow between direct care and site management staff, departments and teams
  • Work with internal team to ensure resources meet client demand
  • Liaise with staff with regards to schedule changes
  • Update client and service information

about you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous rostering/scheduling experience
  • A warm and welcoming telephone manner
  • A customer centric work approach
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Available to commence ASAP
  • You will have had a recent Flu Vaccination along with double COVID vaccination + booster
  • Previous experience with RosterOn desirable not essential
