**About the Role**
As the organisation experiences growth, we are looking for an experienced Scheduler/Rostering Coordinator to join team working from their Gold Coast office based in Southport. This contract position will run for a minimum of 2 months with your daily responsibilities will including:

- Assisting with scheduling and rostering services
- Responding promptly to support service inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure resource allocation meets client demand
- Facilitating effective communication between direct care, clients, and various departments
- Liaising with staff regarding schedule changes

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

- Warm and welcoming telephone manner
- Customer-centric work approach
- Enjoyment of working in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Previous rostering or scheduling experience
- Experience within the NFP sector desirable but not essential
- Available for an immediate start
- Recent flu vaccination and double COVID vaccination
